Vacei for Clients is the front door: every company, every service, every document, with your books built in. Snap a receipt, approve an entry, ask about your accounts. One sign-in for all of it.

Snap it at the counter. Read, coded and posted, document attached. Anything that needs you waits on the phone.
For firms that run on Vacei

Vacei for Partners, plus your clients' app

Vacei for Partners is your firm's portal on the phone: the queue across every client, review and sign-off from anywhere. Your clients get Vacei for Clients under your brand, with your logo on their phone.

Your whole client book, in your pocket. Every client sorted by what is closest to biting. Open the entry, approve it, and the sign-off carries your name.

Vacei runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install from a store. Added to your home screen it opens full screen, in portrait or landscape, and works like any other app.

Keep Open as Web App on, tap Add
If Open as Web App is shown, leave it on so Vacei opens in its own window. The name under the icon can be edited if you run more than one company.

Launched from the icon it runs full screen, without the browser bars. You may be asked to sign in once, the first time.

Sign in. Chrome usually offers to install the app on its own — if that prompt appears, take it and you are done.

The three dots sit at the top right of the address bar. On older versions of Chrome this reads Add to Home screen.
