A4 service prices

Vacei Books is €5 a month per company, first month free; payroll is a component you add to your portal. You pay A4 only when a person does the work. Ask for an audit, your VAT returns, payroll or bookkeeping from inside Vacei Books or from your AI assistant, and you get a quote based on your figures before anything starts.

In Malta these services are delivered by A4 Services Limited, a licensed Maltese firm (for audits, see who signs below).
These are A4's published prices (quote pack mt-2026-10-01-review). All fees exclude VAT. Government and registry fees are passed through at cost.

Are accountants included in Vacei Books?+

No. Vacei Books is self-serve accounting software, at €5 a month per company, and free for every company A4 looks after. If you would like A4 to keep your books, assisted bookkeeping starts from €24/month self-employed or €49/month for a company. Every A4 service price is listed above.

Do I need a separate AI subscription?+

Only if you choose to use AI. You can keep your books in the browser, or connect your own supported AI through MCP. Your AI subscription is separate from Vacei.

What happens when I register?+

Create an account, verify your email and add your business. Open Books to import your records or begin entering them. Your first month is free and no card is needed to start. After that Vacei Books is €5 a month per company, excl. VAT, and one login covers all your companies, billed together. Payroll is a component you add to your portal. Already an A4 client? Sign in with the account A4 set up for you instead: Vacei Books is free for every company A4 looks after.
