No. The Vees prepare; approvals, filings and every signature stay with people.
Is this staff monitoring?+
No: each person logs their own time, and the owner sees those hours and the chargeable share. Tell your team that before you start.

Do I need my own Claude or ChatGPT?+
No. You can work in the portals in your browser. To use chat, connect your own Claude or ChatGPT. That subscription is separate.

Vacei is the software and the team that sets up your system. In Malta, accounting, audit and other services are delivered by A4 Services Limited, our own firm, which runs on Vacei.
